Researchers respond the confused from career anchor by self –narrative, there were three purposes that researcher investigate in this research :The Process of career anchor construction and changes, The key events and meaning that affect career anchor of construction and changes, The new understanding of the career anchor. This research analysis date by「integrated-content」narrative analysis from Lieblich (1998), The results of research found : The Process of career anchor construction and changes is come from two process evolution that called : 「Self-seeking」and 「The inner child’s lost and seeking」; the key events and meaning that affect career anchor of construction and changes have eleven item : 「the changes of early home time」, 「the response to the physical and mental pressure」, 「psychosomatic symptoms and pain」, 「the care and support from honored person」, 「spontaneous activity and the gathering of friends」, 「the experience of guidance and counseling」, 「the sunrise of Alishan mountain and narrative therapy workshops before school starts」, 「the gap of expectation from school beginning」, 「the touch from workshop」, 「the setbacks from part-time internship」, 「the courses of narrative therapy and the repair through experience from supervision 」; and there were four new understanding of the career anchor : 「re-identified psychological counseling for the direction of life will」,「career as a journey of way home」, 「the Career confusion is inherent summon」, 「re-identified consultative professional as a life believe from internal and external integration」. At the end of the thesis, based on those findings, suggestions are provided for the person confusion by Career, psychology counselors, and future research.
