Popis: | 101 This is a research describes me how to diagnose, prescribe and finally be able to break through the predicament. In the past, I was a kind of person who couldn’t make the decision by my own when I faced a topic related to my career. At that moment, I often referred to others’ opinion and followed their expectation or suggestion. Therefore, in this research, I will look for the factors that against my wish and improve it. I expect through this case to help myself be a more decisive person. This research scrutinizes and narrative my growth, education and sociality in order to discover the neglected trivia that may be my career barrier. I analyze my career barricade and organize them based on the factors of career barrier defined by Crites and Dysinger’s circumscribed career indecision. It showed that I experienced the cross-reaction between individual and social environment except for mentor cause when I confront the career-related issue. This effect lead me into different circumscribed career indecision. To build up career development, personality is the main reason to hinder career decision, such as negative personality traits, self-concept vague, passive, and lacking self-confidence. Those elements have intimate relationship with researcher’s career development. In conclusion, I could confront my weak rather than escape it through this self-examination. Furthermore, I can apply it into my life and start to learn how to love the bad and the good around me. I hope this retrospective examination could shed a new light for social worker to help students who face career dilemma that have the ability to find their own answer. |
