| Popis: | 101 There has been few literatures focusing on how open innovation team operate in the value-added process of innovation. Most of the past literatures have been focused on the issues regarding knowledge value chain or Technology commercialization. As far as open innovation is concerned, the process from the idea generation to the results of research should be paid more attentions, with cross-field innovation getting more important and inevitable in the innovation. Under the premise of breaking the borders among organizations, open innovation bring in more abundant resources and energy for innovation to form the concept of co-working and coordinating innovation. Through the discussion in this study, this study has proposed the framework of innovation value chain, composed of the sequential steps of scenario, feasibility, prototype, commercialization, based on the supporting activities such as communication platform, community network, patent integration. Under the surroundings around open innovation, the aforementioned three supporting activities and innovation value chain result in the differentials and influences in the cross-field value-added process of industry, academy and research community. This study concludes that the platform of communication could involve different research team and construct the cross-field experiences, with the social network contributing to the diffusion of knowledge. On the other hand, by way of cross licensing, the external knowledge will mix together with internal knowledge in open innovating team. Through the testifying and exploring in open innovating team, these fusions of knowledge will develop new patent technology, forming the new strategy in patent portfolio. |
