Popis: | 101 In this study, we use a SME company in Taiwan to investigate the resistance in organizational change in Taiwan SMEs. To understand the cause of organization change failure, we interview a SME company and show the results using tables. The case company interviews 13 employees, which includes eight group leader rank or above and five vice group leaders. There is twice organization change experience in the case company. Employees feel the theory taught by the Productivity Center does not link to actual status; in the time of hiring the professional manager, employees feel that the manager’s attitude is too strong, as the result, they rebound. We further conduct a questionnaire survey of all employees. The questionnaire includes five dimensions: left facet, bonuses dimension, commitment construct, change configurations face, assessment dimensions. The result shows that left facet is correlated with bonus satisfaction, organization commitment and acceptance of organization change. Male employees are more willing to stay in the company. One interesting result shows that when employee getting higher academic education, they are less likely to accept the staff performance appraisal. |
