A Study of Correlation between Health-Related Physical Fitness and Two Groups of Experts, from the Same Field and Different Fields Separately

This study explores the correlation between exercise prescriptions and dietary prescriptions released by the experts from the same field (nutrition vs. nutrition or rhythm vs. rhythm) and the experts from different fields (nutrition vs. rhythm). The research method: Ages of subjects for this range from 20 to 65, and all the subjects are healthy adults. There are 275 effective samples among these subjects. The number of male subjects is 137 (age: 42.27±22.73, height: 169.05±18.95cm, weight: 69.29±30.71kg), and the female is 138 (age: 42.50±22.50, height: 158.12±18.88cm, weight: 59.23±25.77kg). According to basic information including gender, age, height, weight, basal metabolic rate, idol weight and physical fitness, etc., the experts give exercise and diet advices suitable for three-stage exercise program. Correlation result is generated after evaluating information and data mentioned above. The research result: The overall analysis shows that the male remaining energy has middle correlation same-field experts in three stages of exercise program. (r=0.58, 0.71, 0.68, 0.66, 0.68, 0.69). Female remaining energy has high correlation to the nutrition experts (r=0.87, 0.84, 0.86) and has middle correlation to the rhythm experts (r=0.72, 0.44, 0.48). Female remaining energy has high correlation to different-field experts (r=0.83, 0.85, 0.81, 0.86, 0.84) except for the improvement stage (r=o.77). After analyzing correlation between remaining energy and same-field experts according to age, the result shows that male remaining energy has middle correlation to the rhythm experts in terms of the improvement stage (r=0.78), while in other stages male remaining energy has high correlation to the rhythm experts (r=0.94, 0.90, 0.90, 0.87, 0.90). Female remaining energy low correlation to the nutrition experts in the improvement stage and also has low correlation to the rhythm experts in the maintenance stage (r=0.25). The other correlations between female remaining energy and same-field experts in the other stages are high. As for different-field experts, male remaining energy has high correlation to different-field experts (r=0.97, 0.98, 0.97) while female remaining energy has low correlation to different-field experts (r=0.32、0.38, 0.32). After analyzing correlation between remaining energy and experts according to weight, the result shows that both male remaining energy (r=0.91, 0.99 0.95, 0.96, 0.98, 0.99) and female remaining energy(r=0.98, 0.99, 0.97, 0.95, 0.97, 0.97) have high correlation to the same-field experts in the three stages. Besides, both male remaining energy (r=0.99, 0.99, 0.99) and female remaining energy (r=0.98, 1.00, 0.99) have high correlation to the different-field experts in the three stages. Conclusion: Both the same-field experts and different-field experts should release exercise prescriptions and dietary prescriptions to male and female according to weight levels because of high correlation between remaining energy and experts.
