Everybody wants to have a beautiful appearance. In particular, females are fond of pursuing beauty. In addition, modern people value a regimen and quality of life, which enables beauty spa salons to boom rapidly to satisfy people’s needs. In recent years, there has been a keen competition among beauty spa salons, which line the streets. With the progress of the ages and a variety of needs of the consumers, the managing ways are never invariable. Beauty spa salons are categorized as service industry involving frequent contact and interaction with consumers. Consequently, in order to keep competitive, beauty spa businesspersons strengthen and create their service quality to lift the degree of their customers’ satisfaction and to find out the managing strategies creating the profit for the company. This study uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the service quality offered by beauty spa salons and collect the information through questionnaires. Valid questionnaires collected are 330 copies and a statistic analysis is made to categorize the items of service quality into four parts to mainly understand the importance and the performance of the service quality of the beauty spa salons. Through the result of the analysis, this study hopes to offer the beauty spa businesspersons the suggestions for improving managing strategies and the management meanings to lift the degree of their customers’ satisfaction and to produce more benefits for their future development.
