| Popis: | 101 The Taiwan Real Estate of Securities began to introduce to market since 2005. There is no new investment Trust of (REITS) to be published at the market for the current year, even the trading volume and transaction of the Real Estate of Securities trading is increased year by year. And some investors of (REITS) even needed towards the road to liquidation. According to analysis of Real Estate of Securities industries, the purpose of Investment Trust Fund (REITs) is to link the relationship of stable income for a long period of time, instead of the short-term trading. The reason of liquidation is due to the regulation of REITS'' trading and the marking. This research is to focus the basic framework and structure of the Securities of Real Estate to describe the relation of investor, producer, policy and society. And try to analyze the deficiency and beneficial by the current market status. The thesis also takes the Taiwan real estate investment fund Sanding and Kitai Star as example and discusses the process of their withdrawal from market. By the psychology of investors, business management and reaction for government''s policy, to deeply research the relative relationship of problems and to find the proper solution in order to create the future economic growth and better investment environment. |
