Popis: | 101 Reading is the foundation of learning researchers served as elementary school reading teaching and library management, to recognize the elementary school library service quality will affect readers' satisfaction and willingness to reuse. In this study, a primary school library, for example, summed up the characteristics of the elementary school library service quality and customer satisfaction between Kano model, its findings can be used as a primary school library in the future schools to promote reading and education activities and enhance the utilization rate of the reference library. This study focuses on elementary school library service quality attributes into Kano 'theoretical model analysis and observation of the elementary school library for policy formulation and delivery of services, whether there are service gaps? Operating as an elementary school library reference in the decision-making and implementation. The results found that: A primary school library readers of the library's overall service quality satisfaction of belonging to the "quality". That is, when the library "have provided the services" listed, respondents felt "satisfied"; "No", was "not satisfied". Second, different identity, gender, age, education, occupation readers for library service quality satisfaction there is a slight difference. But the student groups accounted for 81.6% of the audience's satisfaction are "quality". High reader satisfaction project in the school library personnel neatness degrees, staff attitude, "librarian" attitude "can be found at any time librarian", "set new book display area, newspapers and magazines "services, satisfaction is more than the average of 85.9%.
