Popis: | 101 The application of plastic mold is more and more comprehensive to the development of high technology industry and plastic industry, therefore, the technique threshold also become higher. Injection molding is to melt the plastic material, then inject it into the molding to be formed and cooled. Finally, the plastic part will be formed. All the actions will be considered under high speed and automatic mass production. All the purposes are to provide high accuracy formed products. In this study, we will discuss about the auto lamps internal wrap affection. With the improvement of auto industry, more and more autos, scooter and motorcycles are required higher and higher assembly accuracy. The part dimension is more different, the affection of secondary process will be higher, and it will affect the quality of assembly.. Therefore, the factors to cause wrap during plastic injection is very important. In the past few years, more and more car design and auto lamp design are intend to be streamlining, all the matching parts are required the degree of wrap seriously. Therefore, the secondary processing of inner lens of auto lamp is required to have several methods, ex: screwing, latching, hot melting or supersonic welding; all the methods have its importance. In the study, we apply the Moldflow CAE software to discuss the wrap problems of the prediction and the improvement of mold development before mold manufacturing. The injection parameter and condition will be input into the Moldflow CAE software, then take the CCD (Charge-coupled device) scanning files and Math Data to compare the wrap difference value and take the condition with the smallest forming condition to be the injection parameter. |
