Popis: | 102 The functions of the equipments have been expanded on the electric vehicles until now, and it shows the better performance for the electric vehicles. The multi-functional equipments achieve the basic function and convenience to meet the requirements of the electric vehicle and driver needs. The CANbus has been widely used on the transportation due to it can capture signal which can directly link to PC. The driver can also get the instant message due to the CANbus has fast transmission. There are many car accidents happened cause by the flat tire, so the tire pressure is one of the reason. In this study tire pressure with Tire Pressure Monitoring System, and the temperature on tire pressure will be considered. The relationship for tire pressure at energy consumption will also be discussed. In this study, the Bluetooth uses to read the digital signal of TPMS; the CANbus uses to read voltage, current, and speed signal. The dashboard is design with LabVIEW, and link with the PC to provide the instant signals to the driver, the message will include battery power, speed, tire temperature and tire pressure. The result shows that the Apollo VII -"City Car" which is the electric solar vehicle in the laboratory will be used in this research. When temperature increase 3 ℃, the tire pressure will rise 1 Psi. On the road test of 88 expressway, the speed sets 60 ± 5 km/hr, and the total weight of vehicle 300 kg(1 person). When the tire pressure decrease 1 Psi, the energy consumption increase 0.068 Wh/km and the energy consumption rate is 1.52%. The speed sets 50 and 60 ± 5 km/hr, when tire pressure fixed 70±1 Psi and the entire vehicle weight from 300 kg (1 person) to 350 kg (2 person), the energy consumption increase 0.972 Wh/km and the energy consumption rate is 2.102%. |
