The main research of the paper is CFRT (Carbon-fiber-reinforced Thermoplastics) combining with Product In Molding Decoration. PET and PC used in the process of making the traditional IMD are the materials of film. Both will have the needed patterns or pattern coating turn into Surface of the film. So the traditional decorative film only the decoration function this study uses carbon fiber prepreg replace traditional film, decorative film does not have to improve firmness and strength, And carbon fiber prepreg carbon fiber textures showing a very suitable combination of the appearance of parts such as notebooks case, mobile phone case surface decoration and enhance the strength of the product. Carbon fiber reinforced polymer first with hot forming shape the products the desired in advance into the injection mold to be injection molded to IMD is forming the way. NB case in the manufacturing process is divided into five parts, where A piece of NB silver screen cover is needed to lock points, ribs or latches, carbon fiber can not be processed due complex surfaces, ribs, R corner, fasteners and snaps might excessive if the tensile cause fiber breakage, thus combining a high plasticity plastic parts, plastic parts so this carbon then the biggest target. Using IMD is a way that will advance to the CFRT prepreg into the injection mold to injection molding, IMD process previously the problems that will happen such as ink erosion, dislocation or film film, and plastic parts off easily a result of low adhesive property and separated, these adverse IMD process for the traditional encounter of the problems, this study focuses on the plastic parts and the CFRT prepreg bonding strength, the surface of the CFRT prepreg does not printing any inks so inks does not consider the problem of erosion. Mainly for adhesive property part discusses, from the past theories mentioned shear rate may cause shear heating, it is possible to predict shear heating can make melt prepreg material with improved adhesive property, this present study attempts to change to a different the hot temperature prepreg material, melt temperature, injection velocity process parameters, using the Taguchi method for computing the optimal parameter, then the tensile test method for tensile peeling test detection, detection properties affect the optimization of parameters and then. The Taguchi method to get found prepreg temperature hot stick force characteristics for a great impact.
