The Relationship among Institutional Pressure, Stewardship Behaviors, Green Supply Chain Management Practices and Organizational Performance: An Empirical Study on Electrical and Electronic Industries in Taiwan

| Popis: | 101 Review green supply chain research, there are few researches about relation of institutional pressure and green supply chain management practices, but cannot answer why do organizations that face common institutional pressures adopt different environmental management practices or green supply chain management practices. In order to explain the stewardship theory and performance perspective, and presents the structural euation modeling of institutional pressure, green supply chain practices management and organizations performance. This study adopts the method of questionnaire investigation for electrical and electronic industriesin Taiwan. This study mails 1000 questionnaires; the 180 valid questionnaires are turned. And using AMOS 18.0 statistics software to analysis the data, and there are five main findings. The first, institutional pressure has a significant positive effect on the green supply chain management practices. The second, institutional pressure has a significant positive effect on the stewardship behaviors. The third, stewardship behaviors has a significant positive effect on the green supply chain management practices. The fourth, stewardship behaviors has a partial mediation effect on the relationship between institutional pressure and green supply chain management practices. The fifth, green supply chain management practices has a significant positive effect on the organizations performance. |
