Analysis and Practice of Relevant Managerial Regulations for Industrial Waste Reuse

| Popis: | 101 Government has made efforts for industrial development and has been awarded with great success. However, some questions raised, such as imbalance between waste production quantity and disposal capacity. That results from current regulations in-sufficient, and consequently the regulation and intimidating effects on criminal acts need to be strengthened. The main focus of this study is to review the industrial waste reuse regulations. These included that review of questions derived from implementing the industrial waste regulations, and proposed amendments to the laws as well as regulations and guidelines. More importantly, this study also offered feasible references for the amendment and legislation in the future. This study reviewed the past decade implementation of Industrial Waste Reuse Management Regulations with Waste disposal Act, and practice their implementation mechanism in depth. In addition, the comparison of the Public or Private Waste Disposal Organizations and the industrial waste reuse organization were provided. Moreover the policy, regulations, and promotion model for the treatment and reuse of waste materials in Taiwan, USA, and Japan were also analyzed. Finally, upon disciplines of industrial waste reuse, the regulations about administrative and criminal penalties were studied in details. The feasible direction of future amendment were also analyzed. |
