| Popis: | 101 The establishment process of the public building was according to each government sector’s needs, early stage planning, evaluate, budget, design, contract out, construct and at last get the permit for using. The whole process takes a long period of time, if there is no complete architectural programme and plan, then it will easily become a waste of public funds, and become a useless mosquito building. On the other hand, the compensation factor is the reason why there are mosquito buildings everywhere, and there is not much professionals participates the early stage planning. Also, the local architecture educational training to the architectural programme and planning was not enough. And not much people were able to write the proposal. This is the reason why the public buildings sometimes have modifications and disputes. So the importance of the architectural programme needs to pay much attention to. This study uses the new construction of Taitung district prosecutor’s office building as a target to investigate the architectural programme. And do a focus interview with the related preparatory committee member. Use the case study and information of the files to compensate the lack of the interview. The end of the article is the conclusion and suggestion, and hope it will be useful to the future establishment for public buildings of each government sectors. |
