Recycling and reuse is current advanced countries actively developing a emphasis technology in the world, conduct resources recycling and reuse that is can reduce cost raw material and import dependency from other countries. That reduction excessive consumption of natural resources benefit of future offspring an important means. With the development of science and technology increasingly widespread use of Gallium, especially compound semiconductor material Composed of high-purity Gallium and non-ferrous metals that become new communication, large-scale integrated circuits, aerospace technology, energy and other sectors needed to support materials of new technology. This research is mainly using chemical extraction, ultrasonic chemical extraction, electrolytic refining process, crystallization, centrifuge and combined process, using these methods conducting 2N crude Gallium purified to 5N high-purity Gallium for process development. The results showed these methods have encountered effectively improve the purity of the Gallium, if use electrolytic refining process, chemical extraction and crystallization(three times, the solid fraction is 13~15wt%) to collocation, the purity Gallium can reach 99.999 wt% but the yield was very low. The use chemical extraction, electrolytic refining process, ultrasonic chemical extraction and centrifuge, the purity Gallium can reach 99.999 wt% or more, and the yield was higher.
