Investigate the Dyeing Properties of Healthy Stocking by Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Technology

| Popis: | 101 This study investigated the dyeing properties of supercritical carbon dioxide (scCO2) dyeing healthy protection stocking fabric, the healthy protection stocking fabric which used by hosiery knitting machine of Lonati and stocking fabric knits by Nylon 6 double covered Spandex yarns (DCY), First we defined in the various parts of the elastic recovery rate is 100% before dyeing, and to explore the flexibility changes of healthy protection stocking fabric after dyeing. After that, we use of supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing and traditional water dyeing to compare. The results show that the flexibility recovery of the health protection stocking fabric in traditional dyeing downward trend more then in supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing. 60 ℃, 2 hour, 200 bar and pH 3 are the best terms of dyeing elastic fabric by using supercritical carbon dioxide can deserved the best result. |
