| Popis: | 101 Residents participate in community public art creative work plays a decisive role of community empowerment, which is a segment of displaying directly outward appearance of community. In consideration of relative discussions of community empowerment they focus on research of outlooks on operational strategy and landscape, rarely discussion in respect of environmental psychology in aesthetics of community. It was been comprehensive discussion which aimed at aesthetics psychology in the symposium of aesthetics of community at NanHua University in 1999, howver, it is seldom for follow-up further discussion. The scope of this study is based on the case of urban community empowerment. Throughout involved observation and research, it is understood the achievement of blending of environmental aesthetics, input timing and function while residents participate in the community art work, besides, to be the reference for follow-up correlative community empowerment’s tactic. 1. The purpose of this study is as follows: 1) To research the residents in community empowerment for evaluations and preferences of community public art environmental aesthetics. 2) To research the factor of judgment of aesthetic to the residents for community public art environment. 3) To research the judgment condition of aesthetic in community residents who have been “participated in building” or “not”. 4) According to the research conclusion, to provide the reference for future community empowerment and follow-up study. 2. Comprehensive analysis of this study has been caused by the following conclusions: 1) The analysis of evaluation for community environmental aesthetic to the subject of study residents in community empowerment. A. It is positive correlated between Environmental aesthetic evaluation and residents’ participation For example, the community empowerment artwork “Pottery panel main wall of entrance image” is a collection of the residents’ personal creative pottery panel collage, the maximum number of participants, as a matter of course render higher aesthetic evaluation to the artwork which have emotional participation. B. &;quot;now residents&;quot; are better than &;quot;non- residents&;quot; in the sense of community environmental aesthetic. Through the t-test result, that averagely display &;quot;now residents&;quot; are better than &;quot;non- residents&;quot; in the sense of community environmental aesthetic. The reason may be due to &;quot;non- residents&;quot; are not local residents and just for investment purposes or stay for short periods, which are not long term stay as “now residents” in the community. So that it shows low identification of environmental aesthetic in &;quot;non- residents&;quot;. (2) The analysis of evaluation for community environment improvement to the subject of study residents in community empowerment. A. Worse extreme weather in recent years, residents have higher identification of the facility which is to improve the community environment. Especially the &;quot;ecological pond&;quot; facility, residents obviously feel the improvement of the community micro-climate environment and agree to give the highest evaluation of environmental improvement. B. &;quot;now residents&;quot; are better than &;quot;non- residents&;quot; in the sense of community environment improvement. t-test shows that the “now residents” are better than “non-residnet”in the sense of community environment improvement, which result from the questionary 9 integral landscape, 11 pottery panel main wall of entrance image, 12 small stream, 13 spring outlet, 14 eco-pond, 15 plum trees turf area. (3) The analysis of evaluation for supportive attitude of participation to the subject of study residents in community empowerment. A. For example, the facility of &;quot;pottery panel main wall of entrance image”, mean is 4.34, is a collection of the residents’ personal pottery panel creative collage. Since that gives residents the idea of free design and totem of community artwork, residents agree the activity and also give higher supportive attitude in natural. B. t-test shows that the “now residents” obviously support the community empowerment activity better than“non-resident”, which result from the questionary 17 support residents&;#39; participation in the Jing Hua spring ecological park community building activities, 19 support residents&;#39; participation in community building activity of pottery panel main wall of entrance image, 21 support residents participate in the community building activity of spring outlet, 22 Significant difference in the awareness of environmental care while support residents to participate in community building activity of spring outlet. (4) Community art creative type of preference to the subject of study residents. A. collective creation preference of community art facility artworks The highest of people’s preference in this study: &;quot;artwork 2&;quot; (collective 3D painting device on retaining wall); the second &;quot;artwork 4&;quot; (collection pottery panel main wall of entrance image). To observe the common characteristics of these two collective creations: color multi-color, high saturation, and shape in natural skin texture. B. Personal creative preference of community art facility artworks Residents in the study subjects most preferred &;quot;artwork 3&;quot;, which people’s pottery prototype firing by a professional process, artworks contain high color Saturation, bright and texture; the select preferences subordination &;quot;artwork 2&;quot; with above “artwork 3&;quot; have one thing in common, both are the residents’ artworks of two times community building activities, which shows that people on the preference of the artworks and a sense of community identity, there is a factor of positive correlation. The discovery of this study: For the artworks of community art creation, whether individual or collective, residents are inspired in personal aesthetic and creative feature by the way of discussion, deep thought and proper sort of artwork. Moreover, with leading of vivid and vigorous activities of community empowerment results in the high level of residents’ participation, also arise literacy of democracy while residents’ mutual talking and public hearing. Since gorgeous artworks achievement of community empowerment, it condenses residents’ consciousness of good manners. And form a power of peace and stability in the perplexity city. |
