| Popis: | 101 The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of working stress and emotional management on the teachers of elementary school in Taoyuan County, to analyze the correlation between working stress and emotional management. The researcher adopt questionnaire survey data collection, then deal with data analysis through descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Pearson product-moment correlation. The conclusions of this research were as followings: 1.The overall level of working stress among the elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County lies at the medium level, and the primary cause of working stress comes from teachers' professionalism. 2.There’s a significant difference in working stress between teachers' age, different years of service and school size. 3.The sense of emotional management of elementary teachers in Taoyuan County reached a high intermediate level, especially on the emotional awareness level. 4.There’s a significant difference in emotional management between school size. 5.There was noncorrelation between working stress and emotional management on the teachers of elementary school in Taoyuan County. Suggestions were made according to the conclusion of this study for the educational authorities, school administration, elementary school teachers and future researchers. |
