Popis: | 101 In the study, the protein calls adiponectin, is the main detecting protien. The concentration of adiponectin, in human blood, can cause metabolic syndrome. Using the magnetic beads to labeling the protein can be an advantage method for protein detecting system. In order to detect the magnetic field of magnetic bead, design the hall sensor base on CMOS MEMS process or CMOS BioMEMS process, and use WINSON WSH201 hall IC. This thesis focuses on analysis magnetic fluid, magnetic bead and magnetic sensor, also design and tap-out the sensor array chip. The chip contains bandgap reference circuit, voltage control current source circuit, hall sensor, folded cascode amplifier circuit etc. In the following chapters will discuss from sensor and circuit design, circuit layout to chip measurement. In this thesis had completed two chips base on TSMC 0.35um process and UMC 0.18um MEMS process. The Chips also integrated inductors to fit the measurement of Bio-system for biomedical application. |
