While new technology is coming out every day and working hours increase, people spend more time in the office, therefore, the design of office space in office environment should be oriented toward human nature and suitable for daily life. A number of studies have shown that good office environment not only improve employee satisfaction but also enhance the work efficiency and enabling businesses to have a positive development. OA partitions are the most widely used in all offices. We have researched different types of OA partition layouts and designs. Also, we have conducted post occupancy evaluation in order to receive feedbacks from users for future adjustment and improvement. This research is based on number of studies and interview approach to conclude the best architecture and proposal for the best possible OA partition design. The interview approach is built on purposive sampling method. The interview panel included 20 members from Pan-Yi Technology Company R&D and Design departments. Flexibility, communication, coworker relationship, and company culture are included in the comparison between the original cubicle and modified style cubicle. This research has shown modified style cubicle has the highest rating. This design provides the best flexibility, open concept, space planning, contact quality, improved coworker relationship, and reflect corporate culture. On the other hand, privacy is always a concern for cubicle users. Materials usually don’t have direct impact to the design. However, metal built partitions have better outcomes in this study. End user oriented should always be part of good OA partition design. We also recommend researching additional styles of OA partition layouts and how they present in different industries.
