| Popis: | 101 Economic development results in environmental pollution problems so serious, and it begins to make the regulations and the public opinions which make public pay more attention to deal with pollution problems in many countries. For example, EU passed Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE), Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS), and the development of energy saving products. We can see environmental pollution problems which becomes an issue of worldwide concerns. Taiwan, the high-tech island of the high-density manufacturing, belongs to a part of the global economic system. Manufacturing building up the base of Taiwan economy, creating a lot of economy of value, and providing different types of job opportunities for employees, earning foreign exchange involves three functions as above mentioned. Green innovation is the one of the rise competitive tools in the domestic enterprise, and it becomes an inevitable trend for the enterprise to green design, green manufacturing, and product recycled. Therefore, in this research integrates a set of environmental performance evaluation system by the concept of the green innovation and literature review, and completes indexes by the opinions of specialists, and finally makes empirical research by questionnaires. The aim of this research is to understand the implementation of environmental protection in Taiwan current manufacturing operations through the degree of implementation of environmental performance indicators system and investigation of the implementation effects and using SPSS and related statistical analysis. Besides, it is distinguished by the types of industries and to use “implementation-result matrix” to understand each industry which indicators need to enhance and improve. I hope through empirical analysis of this research to understand the issues of enterprise itself clearer for Taiwan manufacturing, thus to improve industrial performance and created competitive advantage. |
