Popis: | 101 Desulfurization slag is one kind of solid waste produced from the desulfurization treatment of molten iron that the desulfurizer is added to reduce sulfur content in blast furnace of steel product, referred to as CSC, and the annual production is about 250,000 tons. Desulfurization slag is categorized as industrial waste and announced by Environmental Protection Administration of Executive Yuan as “Recyclable Waste”. This study is to use desulfurization slag、blast furnace slag、fly ash and CFB by-product lime instead of most amount of cement and seek the optimized mixing ratio for the purpose of reducing natural resources consumption and achieving waste recycling and reusing. In this study, the desulfurization slag is mixed with blast furnace slag、fly ash, CFB by-product lime and cement to be cement mortar specimens in fineness 4000 and 7000 separately and seek optimized mixing ratio based on the result of compressive test. Then use abovementioned material to be cementitious material applying on soil improvement agent and find more economic and optimized mixing ratio based on the specification of HSC301 soil improvement agent produced by CSC. This study shown if fineness of desulfurization slag is higher, the early-age compressive strength will also be higher. If amount of desulfurization slag is increased, the result of compressive test will be worse. All specimens’ compressive strength can exceed to 10 kg/cm2 at 7 days curing and 20 kg/cm2 at 28 days curing. All specimens can meet the requirement of CLSM that compressive strength should exceed in between 10~100 kg/cm2 and can be used for soil improvement agent in future.
