Popis: | 101 This paper mainly investigates how opto-mechatronics system designed technologies apply to the development of the high power ultra-short pulse laser system. First, the drawing software was applied to imitate laser system design from basic to complex high-power ultra-shot pulse laser systems. Next, the study demonstrated the techniques and the procedure of light adjustment and it ultimately completed many types of laser solid model. Based on the knowledge of laser fundamental theory, the experiment manages to design and optimize. By understanding the feature, type and structure of laser and the techniques of modulation, the experiment meets the requirement of laser wavelength, laser pulse width and output power to achieve laser modulation. On the one hand, it optimizes the procedure for light and light modulation; on the other hand, it adjusts the control of time sequence via optical components and the feature of component group. That is, the process makes laser system produce high power effectively. After used for a period of time, laser might cause laser maladjustment due to environmental factors and human factors. In order to earn the best output, laser needs to be adjusted. Therefore, when we design new model laser, we continue to adjust the stability of every laser component. The ultimate goal is to fulfill perfect setting of laser output. This study mainly focuses on the basic laser mechanism and optical path and uses laser time sequence to control connection and optimize. By doing so, the result of the experiment would be able to meet the requirement from the system and acquire the most efficient optimal output in terms of its imitation and the real model. |
