Popis: | 101 As the recent development of information management, the quantity and quality of study is increasing every day. It is particularly shown from the dissertations. Their themes and trends can be regarded as the trend in information management field. The information management science is a combination of disciplines like information science, management science and organization science. Therefore, developments in information management research are more diversified than in other fields and the subjects covered are more dynamic. But information management is still an unripe field and the construction of many theories is unsound. So the development of study is too diverging and most of the problems are solved by the theories and methods belonging to other fields. With 23 common information management theories concluded by Professor Dingpeng Liang discussed in this paper, investigations were conducted on master dissertations in domestic relevant information management disciplines from 2002 to 2012. Content analysis was used to discuss the application of the theories in master papers related to information management and distribution and trends of the application by school districts, educational systems, school types, urban or rural schools and periods of research are also discussed. The study shows that the most widely used theories are technology acceptance model and social cognitive theory, and the trend of information management theories used in information management master dissertations is increasing year by year. Except for urban or rural schools, significant differences are identified in educational systems, school districts, school types and periods of research. The result shows that a school's location, whether rural or urban, does not affect the application of information management theories in master papers while its educational system, district and type as well as period of research did exert different influences. |
