Popis:	100 This paper is to explore the phenomenon of listed electronics industry in Taiwan will have to cater to foreign high-dividend policy. Dividend policy is divided into a cash dividend, stock dividends, cash dividends american stock dividend of three payment empirical logistic regression, etc.. The study results show that the foreign shareholding ratio is obviously a significant effect on the cash dividend, then dividend payment willingness and the dividend premium regression results for the significant positive correlation, ie cash dividend of Taiwan listed in the electronics industry does have to cater to the phenomenon of foreign capital.
