Popis: | 100 The main ingredients of the human skeleton of calcium and phosphorus, so we use bone substitute materials for calcium sulfate and calcium phosphate, both materials have good biocompatibility. Such bone substitute material characteristics for the implantation of human bone defect, calcium ion (Ca 2 + )will be absorbed by the body and induce new bone formation by here, a good bone substitute material in the human body to bone induction and bone resorption to achieve a dynamic equilibrium. In this experiment, the calcium sulfate (CSD) were added into the dihydrate calcium phosphate (DCPD), tricalcium phosphate (TCP), hydroxyapatite (HAP) to form a composite bone substitute material. Because CSD has a good mechanical strength, placed in the human body can replace bone support, so the main ingredient for our specimens with CSD; strong bonding force calcium sulfate was absorbed slowly by the body. Therefore, we add a weak bonding calcium phosphate to first by the human body absorption, making holes in the generation and release of calcium ions, in order to achieve the function of bone induction. The experiment focuses on the different calcium phosphate bone substitute material mechanical strength, porosity, degradation rate changes, and explain the change of situation with different calcium phosphate by the SEM and XRD, and then do the biocompatibility (In Vitro test) experiment, in order to select a good bone substitute material. |
