Popis: | 100 This study focuses on the effects of high performance work system on team performance through information exchange. We collected 456 questionnaires in 102 teams from Taiwanese companies. The effective response rate is 85.2%. The following result can be obtained by empirical analysis. First, the implementation of high performance work system can enhance the information exchange between team members. Second, increasing information exchange can improve creativity and work performance of team members. Third, high performance work system and work performance could be mediated by information exchange, i.e., the company applies high performance work system can enhance information exchange, and hence better the team performance. |
