Popis: | 100 The various systems required for corporate organization to carry out IT operations are mostly developed from “IT Software Project Teams.” Nonetheless the work nature differs significantly from general work teams. Hence how to carry out proper management on team members and to accomplish the projects with half the efforts is one important issue. The study attempts to explore the correlation between the “personality trait” and “leadership” of supervisors through the perspectives of supervisors and members of IT software project teams, defining project cycle and project scale as “project category” and the creativity, professional competency and career planning of IT software project team as “member category.” The study further apply the formal two as intervening variables to discuss the influence of “personality trait” and “leadership” of supervisors on the work satisfaction of project teams. The study has been conducted on supervisors and members of IT software projects teams from the average corporate organizations in Taiwan through questionnaire design and issuance in accordance with the research assumptions. The survey results were applied with statistics methods such as Chi-square test, Cluster Analysis, single factor ANOVA, and Two-way ANOVA for verification. The empirical analysis in this study was caused by the results summarized as follows: 1.The supervisor's personality trait has significant influence on the entire IT software team's project satisfaction. Transactional Leadership plays an important role on project satisfaction due to the project scale. The bigger the project scale, the lower the work satisfaction team members tend to have. 2.Combination Leadership tends not to suit singles. If transformational leadership and transactional leadership are both applied to married members, it's easier to boost the entire team's project satisfaction. 3.Under the combination of transformational leadership and transactional leadership, creativity has the most impact on project satisfaction. It shows that in IT software environment where requires high creativity, the combination leadership is a better choice for management. Boosting IT team members’ work satisfaction is essential for a successful project. I hope this research could be a helpful reference for software application management and assist project supervisors with boosting team productivity effectively. |
