Popis: | 100 In recent years, International and regional economic integration boom along with the rise of East Asia regional economic and “ASEAN plus three” integration .Taiwan’s economic position in East Asia has faced precarious marginalized .the Government in 2010 signed a cross-strait economic cooperation framework protocol (Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement, ECFA) to alleviate the crisis and to promote cross-strait trade liberalization marginalized by the East Asian regional economic. Although the signing of ECFA bring a lot of opportunities and benefits for Taiwan, but the relative opening up of the domestic market in Taiwan, but also impact on domestic SMEs, especially development of traditional industries domestic demand-based industrial chain. Taiwan's SMEs account for more than 97 percent of the national corporate body of the total number of enterprises, and more than 70% of the employed population, has been the impetus for economic growth of Taiwan's economic development and have a great contribution to Taiwan's overall economic growth. However, due to the small and medium enterprises by size of listed companies, innate resources are not enough restrictions so that there are many unfavorable factors in business, leading to small and medium enterprises more is not easy to enhance competitive advantage. Potential substantive issues to get to the bottom of SMEs, while the real problem is that marketing strategies, innovative R&D and financing difficulties, and SMEs owners must consider from the capital side to solve the above problems, because capital is the basic consideration of all the marketing strategies and power, how to obtain the financing practices of decision-making required capital has become a major consideration. Accordingly, this paper aims to explore the development of SMEs in Taiwan after the signing of the ECFA situation analysis and problem research and the Government's current guidance policy. With this study inference, whether as a result of the financial tsunami period, or ECFA impact of mentoring programs, so far all the remarkable results are shown. this study will be especially deeply discuss to the plight of the SMEs face and hope to refer as the guidance. |
