| Popis: | 100 The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between employee benefit and emotional exhaustion. Previous studies state that there may be an inconsistent relationship between employee benefit and emotional exhaustion. By reasoning, satisfaction may specify the relationship between employee benefit and emotional exhaustion. Data for this study were obtained by means of questionnaires from any industrial employees. employee benefit has a positive influence on, work resources and work resources has negatively influence on emotional exhaustion. The mediating effects of satisfaction towards the understanding of employee benefit can negatively influence emotional exhaustion practical suggestions and future sugges-tions are also provided. |
