| Popis: | 100 The Succession Law of Civil Code amended on December, 14 of year 96 and April, 22 of year 97 of the Republic, and constituted the statutory limited respondibility of Natural Succession.The provision of Succession law of Civil Code on May, 22 of year 98 of the Republic adopted universal succession and limited responsibility.The two Law provisions which amended in a short period of time are only for minor social phenomena.Under the circumstance, the law provisions did not consider the situation of modern society, supporting measures, and the problems caused by execution of new law.Due to the Succession Law of Civil Code having a great impact on society, the thesis inclines to evaluate the social influence and conflict resulted from the pros and cons of the two law provisions.The thesis also elaborates the measure applied to practical situation, and move further to propose the suggestion of law provision.The researcher expects the research result can be applied as the resource of Succession Law provision. |
