The Modified Projector Screens of Glass-beads Zig-Zag Structure and Their Application

Popis: | 100 In this study, the high quality of TPU surface after special treatment and the formation of the zig-zag structure, will be pasted together in a glass-beads film formed a glass-beads projection screen in order to improve the reflection effect and the brightness of the projection screen. The experimental conditions include the type of glass-beads、plant glass- beads temperature effect、the thickness of the bottom of the vinyl and blocking light layer of Zig-Zag structure for the projection screen. This Zig-Zag structure of glass-beads projection screen through the semi-finished articles test, abrasion washing test, final test and the reflection coefficient test and the testing methods to exploring the reflection of the projection screen and brightness. The results showed that the Zig-Zag structure of glass-beads projection screen corner of the environment in a high degree of absorption, in the projection, the projection angle as the best bed-mounted projector, but not interfered with the projection, which can be an effective shield against ambient light projection. General ambient light hazard projector can project the image presented on a projection screen and provide a good environment to the viewer for better watching. The Zig-Zag structure of glass-beads projection screen can be appropriately applied in schools and companies’ environment, such as, advertising walls of the company lobby, lecture hall, distance education, places used in front projection technology. |
