Popis: | 100 Modern enterprise, facing severe competition, relies on adopting ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System) to improve organization performance. While in the phase of adopting ERP, enterprise should not only take into consideration the performance, which meets enterprise’s need, but also internal control, which helps well secure the governance of the enterprise. However, the development priority between these two aspects, performance and internal control, may seriously influence the decision making, and the outcome of ERP development. The case chooses to parallel establishments of both enterprise operation and its internal control mechanism, in the ERP developing processes. ERP integrates internal and external management information across an entire organization, including accounting, manufacturing, sales and service, customer relationship management, etc. During ERP data creation and medication, the case develops a process, based on single location point and single transaction, and restricts system authorization, system parameter configuration through the SAP operation, simultaneously, gathers these information on GRC (Goverance Risk and Compliance) platforms, has become an important and effective tool of internal control. |
