In the case of this study, due to environmental changes under the need for a new information architecture services, in the planning stage, information architecture planning consensus building before reconstruction, will after a series of process, through part of the social interaction theory, divided into four stage of the process of establishment of the four stages are participation, communication, negotiation, convince and process an action research method analysis of each phase ; from within the organization to establish a cross-unit core team started, for the relationship between people involved in interaction, and establish channels of communication, the inter-unit core team, responsible for inter-unit communication and cooperation within and outside the organization to explore the social interaction theory, information architecture reconstruction forming the consensus plan, address the knowledge gap caused by the poor communication between the state, establish smooth communication channels and good interaction between the generation of conflict resolution through negotiation, the communication process in order to achieve a win-win principle of mutual trust and mutually beneficial basis, and gradually accumulated a successful model of cooperation to help the two sides could accelerate the speed of communication, to stand on empathy to consider each other's point of view, to help each other solve problems and provide advice matters to be convinced, to language and nonverbal communication, consensus and successfully promote the reconstruction information architecture planning. |
