Education is the fundamental one of the founding, the good quality of education promotes national development. The " Yearbook of Teacher Education Statistics The Republic of China " in the beginning of the mentioned that "excellent teachers are the fundamental of education". in 2010, China’s "long-term national education reform and development plan (2010-2020) " pointed out that:" long-term goal is based on education, teacher plans is based on teachers. "We can see the importance of teachers to play a role. Categories of teachers diversified due to the national and educational needs of the environment, today''s education environment, a large number of substitute teachers to become the fundamental role of schools, non-preparation also informal jobs status, their interests may become the focus of attention of this study. Caring the interests of substitute teachers as a starting point, the beginning of the study explores the background of the system of substitute teachers, and realizes in what kind of circumstance of the substitute teacher to become a critical role in teaching, and shows the present situation of substitute teachers in statistics. After realizing the status of substitute teacher''s, we look into the interests of substitute teachers through the official regulations such as laws and the letter of release, these interests in classification salary, performance appraisal and year-end bonuses, seniority calculations, attendance and to leave, insurance and Pension mechanism; but to know that substitute teachers’ interests of the desirability of appropriate In this study, the study estimates interests of substitute teachers based on official teachers’. Finally, according to the assessment result and take suggestions, we hope the government can put emphasize on the operation of planning properly the interests of substitute teachers.
