| Popis: | 100 This research is to investigate homeroom teachers’ percipience and opinion on after school child care in Tao-yuan County. This is a survey which uses self-designed questionnaire and Focal point interview law as a research tool. Offer our results to the authorities related. The research results are shown as follows: 1.Teachers in Tao-yuan County think that most of the teachers of after school child care(ASCC) are school teachers, they’re experienced and stayed tuned, each class has 1 or 2 teachers. Most of them are substitute teachers, and they’re the best choice of ASCC. 2.When asking for leave, half of the ASCC schools in Tao-yuan County have no policing rules. 80% of them don’t provide ASCC teachers with professional study, but homeroom teachers think it’s necessary. 3.Most of the ASCC service in Tao-yuan County use normal classroom, they have 21 to 25 students in common, but teachers think 15 to 20 students in a classroom is better. 4.Most of the students can complete their homework in ASCC time, and it can improve their grades. 5.ASCC service can supply family functions, help students keep away from dangerous place, increase their identity of the school. 6.85% homeroom teachers think the ASCC class can keep the classroom clean, treasure their belongings. 7.Most of the ASCC in Tao-yuan County have low connect with communities nearby, but teachers think it should be increased. 8.ASCC in Tao-yuan County can benefit both students’ security and community safety. 9.Homeroon teachers who are also in charge of ASCC have different percipience and opinions from the others. |
