Popis: | 100 The construction industry is a high energy-consuming industries, and its life cycle is divided into planning, design, construction, maintenance, update, and five items, particularly maintenance energy up to about 80% of the total, if the front-end workplanning, design of the construction material consumption can make a perfect assessment of the implementation of energy saving effect, contribute to the sustainable development of the construction works. Along with this, the Elementary School new construction, for example in this study, the application of the concept of building information modeling, first build the model of national Xiaojian material target case, the further application of building performance analysis software for the front of the building energy consumption analysis of the building life cycle, for the building as a whole sunshine shadow base site amount of radiation of sunshine, building the outer surface of sunshine amount of radiation at the indoor level of natural lighting, air conditioning load simulation analysis and the results show the overall design configuration of the building meets the specifications of the building rules, the data can be as the future design of consider a matter in the light of actual conditions of construction. |
