The Research of Kaohsiung City Junior High School Teachers in Human Rights Education Literacy and Parenting Behavior

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the junior high school teachers human rights education in literacy and their parenting behavior, the current situation of human rights education in literacy in junior high school teachers, analysis of teachers' personal background, human rights education in literacy and parenting behavior, andcorrelation analysis of teachers in human rights education in literacy and parenting behavior. This study used questionnaires to collect data; the study sample of 617 teachers of Kaohsiung City public junior high school; research tool for the "Kaohsiung Junior High School Teachers for Human Rights Education Literacy and parenting behavior questionnaire. Survey data to the PASW Statistics 19 statistical software program by an independent samples t-test, single factor analysis of variance, Spearman correlation analysis to test the research hypothesis. The results of this study is mainly as follows: 1. Kaohsiung City Teachers for Human Rights Education Literacy is a good perception of the highest dimension of human rights education attitude ". 2. The parenting behavior of the Kaohsiung City junior high school teachers are now in good condition, the best performance to "discipline" and "the discipline scope" dimension. 3. The national teachers on human rights education in literacy, because of different seniority, school size, positions, educational background and "LEARNING" There are significant differences. 4. The country teachers in the discipline behavior, because of "gender", "seniority", iv "school size", "positions" different "educational background" There are significant differences. 5. Teachers for Human Rights Education Literacy in the five countries in the dimension of discipline behaviors as a whole and the dimensions were significantly correlated. Based on the findings, the recommendations of the National Secondary School Teachers for Human Rights Education Literacy and its discipline behavior, for the competent educational authority, schools, junior high school teachers, as well as reference for future research.
