Popis: | 100 When it comes to knowledge economy, knowledge undoubtedly has already become the principal determining corporate competitive advantages. The enterprise’s intellectual capital to depict the innovative ideas and ability to innovate that will determine future development for the organization. The concept of intellectual capital has been widely discussed since it is essential to manage organizational knowledge. This study applied the principle and method of Hierarchical Linear Modeling for data collection and analysis so as to explore the effect of intellectual capital and network externality on innovative behavior as well as the effect of the interactions between intellectual capital and network externality on innovative behavior. The sampling of this study comes from the employees of the 33 finance and insurance corporations listed in Taiwan stock exchange corporation. A total of 430 valid copies of the questionnaire were collected. In this study, data analysis was analyzed by SPSS18.0, LISREL 8.53, and HLM6.08. These results of the study are followed:(1)organization capital creates positive and significant effect on relational capital.(2)human capital creates positive and significant effect on innovative behavior.(3)network externality creates positive and significant effect on innovative behavior.(4)network externality creates positive moderating effect and affects the correlations between human capital, organization capital, relational capital and innovative behavior. |
