Popis: | 100 Enterprises in the pursuit of the ideals of sustainable development, must meet the long-term survival and social expectations, which is now attached great importance to corporate social responsibility(CSR). Natural resources are the basis of sustainable development of enterprises. Scientific and technological progress are accelerated the resource consuming. Climate rapid change is severely affect the supply of environmental resources and the sustainability of global water resources. Water resource reduction is accelerated by the continued development of new science parks. Regarding excessive water consumption required for high-tech industries, optoelectronics and semiconductor industries are the most severe. This study explores wastewater generation and treatment in semiconductor factories through design of experiment analysis(DOE) to analyze the factorial design of the impact, such as pressure and cycle time, to set the parameters and to monitor the Ultra-filtration(UF) member efficiency under returns ratio difference. New processing techniques to improve the utilization level of backside grounding(BG) wastewater. First pre-experimental setting before the water recovery system equipment, water production can be incorporated into the water supply chain system. Buildup better water recovery system suitable for the production operation needs to achieve the sustainable use of water resources. In expectation of this study is to provide the optimal management strategies for water supply system through those simulations and optimizations on sustainable water resource management. The water recycling policy not only impacted by the vantage of environmental economics, it also embraces an ecological environmental holism to deal with the problem of water resources sustainability. Therefore, we hope to sustained enhance the water treatment capacity of water supply system to mitigate water consumption, and help other industries to achieve corporate environmental responsibility. |
