Popis: | 100 In order to control greenhouse effect effectively to slow down global warming, and due to the raising of environmental consciousness and increasing of crude oil year by year. From the United Nations Global Summit in 1992 to Kyoto Protocol on February 16th, 2005, which were regulated all industrial countries’ total emissions of greenhouse gaseous needed to decrease 5.2% than 1992 in 2012. This was not only contributed to industrial countries to strengthen the energy saving, but also developed alternative energy to become an urgent topic. And inexhaustible solar energy becomes a new pet of renewable energy at the same time. It also accelerates the rapid raise for solar photovoltaic industry. After the financial tsunami, to perform the funds demand in this industries was going to be more and more difficult, and brought the restricted development with solar industry. In this way, the solar industry are facing competitive pressure of survival for development. Each company in order to survive, they have to seek better strategies of management. Besides reducing cost, flexible production and response quickly, VMI is a flexible management mechanism which can reduce stock effectively and avoid unnecessary inventory. VMI was common applied for electronic industry, but solar industry doesn’t begin yet. This study is based on the mutual application with literature and practice, and brings up solutions with various factors and obstacles which be encountered in the process of VMI. This research is using a single case to approach, to have a deeply interview with key people of VMI for the company. And build the process and content of VMI, after analysis. According to the interview and analyze the contents are as follows: 1. [Reduce Uncertainty], [Cost Saving], [Reduce the Errors and Burden with Work], [External Environment Impact] and [Expected Effect] etc. five factors to drive the company to implement with VMI. 2. [VMI], [Vendor and Customer Relation], [Warehouse Management System] and [the Predicted Risk of Shortage] have decisive influence on the company with VMI procedure. 3. To practice the VMI will bring [Invisible Benefit] and [Visible Benefit] for the enterprise. 4. The materials which be included with VMI are based on [Continuous Demand], [Big Batch Procurement Volume] and [Procurement Frequency]. |
