As the research object of this study is to participate in a vocational training centers themselves in the process of target manufacturers of industrial courses. Then to understand the relevant manufacturers participants finished the course in the hiring of vocational training centers, Transfer of training satisfaction related sexual trainees willingness strength and vendors employ. In this study, based on the development of a literature study architecture and interview questions. Interviewed a vocational training center for the Council of Labor Affairs Bureau of Vocational Training training course objectives industrial manufacturers, Interviews with 18 manufacturers. Coding analysis and the use of qualitative research, compile, analyze and classified interviews. The following conclusions: 1. Training curriculum planning、Screening students eligible、Participants' professional attitude and Practitioners mentality、Vocational training centers and manufacturers of interactive、System of training teachers ive factors. These five factors are the main influence of the main factors of the effectiveness of training transfer. 2. Curriculum design should consider the needs of manufacturers and trainees needs, Recommended curriculum grading modular. 3. Required in accordance with the actual needs of the industry participants eligible for screening, So that the degree of homogenization. 4. Need to improve the existing teacher system, have an incentive to make the teacher before the stay-the-job training center teaching.
