Popis: | 100 Pulp sludge and textile sludge contain rich moisture, organic substances and odor problem, and therefore impact their disposal and recycling. Thus, in this study, the physical-chemical properties and heating values of the pulp sludge and textile sludge were adopted to investigate “ the optimum mixing proportion and burning behavior of industrial sludge derived fuel bricks”,“the pozzolanic effect of industrial sludge fuel bricks incinerated ash”,and to propose the application strategies for industrial sludge fuel bricks and incinerated ash. The experiment result indicated that the heating values of pulp sludge and textile sludge were 2,262kcal/kg and 3,644kcal/kg respectively, which are 1/3 and 2/3 of coal. It demonstrated that these two sludge potential to be fuel. Moreover, adding some textile sludge into pulp sludge would enhance the heating value of fuel bricks. The moisture regain ration of fuel bricks after 72 hours is 2.55-3.72%, and the compressive strength is 3.78-5.80kgf/cm2.. On the other hand, the heating values of industrial sludge fuel bricks with no lime were 2,262-2,677kcal/kg, but adding 10% of lime will reduce the heating values by 18.30-22.86%. In addition, the temperature would reach to 193.8-233.7°C after the fuel bricks were burnt for 5 minutes. After overall evaluating the molding, compressive strength, moisture regain, and burning temperature of fuel bricks, the optimum mixing proportion was decided as PS70TS30, that is, pulp sludge 70% and textile sludge 30% by weight. Because the incinerated ash of fuel bricks contained more calcium chloride (CaCl2), the cement paste with incinerated ash could set earlier and have higher hydration heat. It shortened the initial setting time and final setting time of the named cement paste by 60.47% and 45.42% the most respectively. When the curing age was 60 days, the pozzolanic material strength activity index (SAI) of the incinerated ash of fuel bricks with mixing proportion PC90FBA10 and PC80FBA20 could reach to 99.24% and 77.47% respectively and meet the requirement of more than 75%. Therefore, the maximum amount of the incinerated ash of fuel bricks could be used in cement paste is 20% of the total weight. |
