Popis: | 100 More and More domestic and overseas researchers addressed critical successful facotors influencing customer relationship management in recent years. However, there was much overlaps between dimension and few researchers discussed it comprehensively with Meta-Analysis Method. This study integrated critical successful factors influencing customer relationship management in high-tech industry. Domestic and overseas references ranging form 2001 to 2010 were integrated in this study. It adopted 53 pieces as coding sample, including overseas journals and theses 27 pieces, domestic journals 4 pieces, theses and dissertation 21 pieces. The research method was Meta-analysis Method. Research framework was divided into 4 dimension, cutomer relationship, technological system, business process, internal organization. Statistical values were tested and analyzed by calculating each Meta quantitive values, including effect size r, true population effect size, significant weighted average Zc value, Heterogeneity Q test, Fail safe N, 95% confidence interval, and explained variance. |
