Popis: | 100 Automatic storage and retrieval systems have been greatly improved and resolved many of the problems of early traditional inventory management, but there are still many who can not break through the bottleneck. Damaged bar codes and the identification of goods can become complicated and time-consuming. Commercial applications of RFID technology and implementation of RFID technology into the operation of the Automated Storage and Retrieval system is bound to break through the bottleneck of current storage systems, and will do more to enhance the performance of automated storage operations. The bar code is the widest-used user tag in the world. Issues arising from the use of bar codes in the build of automatic storage system include, first, storage pallet bar code Fuzzy Identification, second, storage pallet bar codes scraped when in transportation, and third, as a result of traditional inventory needs an expenditure of significant manpower, money and time. This study looks at first the causes and effects of the bar code system in the operation of the existing automatic storage systems, and second, researches the processes of the bar code in the automated storage and retrieval systems. In this study, Royce’s (1970) waterfall model is referenced to establish the research framework and the development of life cycle steps according to the system development life cycle (SDLC) model with the traditional system. Additionally, system analysis tools are used for in-depth analysis of automatic warehousing systems which process the bar code. The purpose of this study is to show how companies can use RFID information systems quickly and efficiently to grasp the flow of materials, and accurately and in a timely manner understand the materials through the storage of information. Specifically, this research and analysis will cover the following four areas: 1.Study of the processes of automatic storage and retrieval systems 2.Research RFID feasibility analysis of automated storage and retrieval systems 3.Analysis of the RFID system in real-time inventory tracking functions 4.Analysis of RFID’s application in processes to enhance the performance of automatic storage system operations |
