How to combine information technology and Internet technology to find the qualified man power for enterprises with the most efficient way is the challenge of the modern human resources practitioners. The objective of this study is to understand if there is any positive affect to the recruitment efficiency increasing after implementing the e-recruiting management system. By referring the result of a usage satisfaction survey, we can provide any corporations which intends to implement the e-recruitment management system in the near future. This result can also help the company that develop e-recruitment management system to develop and improve its functionalities. This study is based on “DeLone & McLean (2003) IS Success Model” that includes several interrelated dimensions system quality which are service quality, user satisfaction and recruitment efficiency. The result indicates that large company with more than 1000 employees shows more satisfaction of the e-recruitment system than the company with less than1000 employees. This conclusion tells us that the more manpower demands a company has, the more needs of e-recruitment management system is required to enhance the recruitment efficiency. This recruiting number of enterprise can be used as reference whether to import the e-recruitment management system for any corporation in the future. In addition, the quality of e-recruitment system has a significant positive impact on user satisfaction and recruitment efficiency. While the reliability and efficiency of e-recruitment management system are better, the user’s satisfactions are more. So the company that develop E-recruitment management system should focus on improvement of the system, to receive a maximum benefits. |
