The running ways for motels change in recent years. Motels are not only for couple but families and friends. The room arrangements become to emphasize the entertainments and multi-function devices for consumers to choose. The facilities and services of the new boutique motels combine karaoke, different styles of decoration through different management styles. These different management styles aim to provide consumers brand-new feelings. What values will consumers to meet via the high cost? What kinds of items will be considered when consumers selecting motels to meet their purposes? In the Hotel Rating list of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications R.O.C. shows several selected motels have excellent facilities and services. Does this management style can meet the behavior to choose a motel? Inducing which items will be considered when consumers to select a motel by Means-End Chain, and interview consumers through laddering in this study. The result shows that attitudes include the appearance of the building, space design, the overall environment and landscape, parking facilities, room facilities, bathroom equipment, entertainment equipment and sexual equipment. The services contain network services, the quality of housekeeping, room services and room catering services. The services will meet three individual values: sense of security, warm relationships, fun through the comfortable, relaxation and rest, time-saving and convenient, worthwhile, unique and exquisite, to gather information and to assist sexual behavior.
