Popis: | 100 The object of this study is the improvement project of the public facilities energy saving and carbon reduction of Liukong Service Station, which was Service-owned by the Taijiang National Park which was under the Construction and Planning Agency of the ministry of the Interior. In the beginning, Liukong Service Station was originally the lagoon eco-tourism center and the agricultural products and marketing center of Tainan County Government in Qigu. The usage pattern of the building had changed since it was subordinate to National Park and it’s design and plan originally didn’t adopt the Green Building Law. Because of that, the energy consumption per unit area of the building was greater than other same type of space. The initial estimate of this study by the Green Building Assessment System (EEWH), the Building Life Cycle CO2 Assessment (LCA Assessment Method), and the Strategies Assessment System for Building Environmental Efficiency (SASBEE). The assessment result suggested that carbon reduction strategy could be improved by shade area, airtight doors and windows, thermal resistance, green cover, and reducing building opening rate. Using the formula to compare the effectiveness values of the original construction with one of the improvement program, the Envload value of the office center, the police force, and the visitor center could decline of 54.2%, 26.6%, 36.6%, which are in line with current building rules/ the provisions, the annual building energy savings of up to 9,363 degrees, converted to CO2 reduction of 6,105 kg-CO2/yr. Comparing the effective value of the original building with the one of the re-design program, the Envload value of the office center, the police team, and the visitor center could decline of 64.6%, 39.2%, 48.8%, which are in line to apply for green building is less than or equal to 92the certification criteria kWh/m2.yr, annual building energy savings of up to 11,792 degrees, converted CO2 reduction were 7,688 kg-CO2/yr. |
