| Popis: | 100 To face the energy crisis caused by global warming in the 21st century, and the twin utilities price hikes, most people will choose to both leisure and green transportation - the bicycle to carry out activities such as leisure, sports, or short-range mobile. Our government build bike path actively, organize promotional activities and expect the public can use the bike to replace high pollution, high noise, and high-consumable vehicles. Owing to more and more people in Tainan City are riding bikes to work and school, the local governments are beginning to plan the lanes exclusive to the bikes. The purpose of this study is to explore the environmental conditions of the biking, and the transport, shuttle service and moving lines in Tainan City nowadays. To enable the riders can understand the local bicycle riding environment, expect residents can have friendlier and safer riding environment and improve the use of bicycle in commuting, shopping or short-range connection. In this study, the literature method is used to investigate the domestic and foreign studies related to green transport with bicycle riding environment requirements and planning. Based on the scope of Tainan City, the observation method is used to investigate the status of urban bike riding environmental conditions; and then random sampling method is used to study the commuting situation and impact the extent to commuting factors based on the staff of primary schools in Tainan City. The Questionnaire data is studied with factor-analysis, independent samples T-test, one-way analysis of variance, regression analysis in SPSS12.0 version statistical software. According to analytic results, the carbon reduction results is forecasted. GIS software and ESRI's ArcGIS are used to draw recommended that priority planning roadmap. Through domestic and foreign literatures and foreign success stories, as well as the integration of the questionnaire results and the status of the environment and the local environmental characteristics, the strategy of the the Tainan green bicycle friendly environment planning and design is further explored |
