Popis: | 100 As the continuous growing of economic in Taiwan, it accelerate the change in industry, and the information technology also fast growing and impact high-tech industry directly. Therefore, high-tech industry must have more employees for handle huge demand in technology human resource. When high-tech industry demand change fast, employees usually need to burn the midnight oil or work overtime and innovate at the same time. Thence, high-tech industry employees endure big stress, and that impact personal health, mentality and sociality etc. For enterprises, work stress may lead employees cannot have ideal performance. This research focus on the high-tech industry, that explore the variation in different personal background impact work stress and work performance, and using the 209 datas from HTC employees, the result shows that work stress impacts job performance in negative; it means when work stress higher will make job performance getting worse. On the other hand, in different high-tech employees, some dimensions in seniority and work stree have seniority significantly different. |
